Koperasi Sahabat Gemilang Ipoh Berhad was registered on 4th November 2011, registration no : A-3-0889 SKM.IP.(PEND)A-867/(1) under subsection 7(1) of the Co-operatives Act 1993 and on 17th February 2017 the Co-operative was transferred as Koperasi Sahabat Fulda Malaysia Berhad under subsection 18(3) of the Co-operatives Act 1993.
